A clinically validated bone-health complex, evaluated in a 240-patient multicentre study of participants with DXA-confirmed osteoporosis.

Carbonate and citrate need high stomach acid; the rest is excreted, never reaching bone.
Bone loss is driven by osteoclast over-activity, and a mineral can’t switch that off.
Bloating, acidity, and constipation cause patients to quietly stop taking it.
Composite OSS (0–10) over the 8-week treatment period and four weeks after treatment ended.
Week 12 (four weeks post-treatment): 2.44, still 66% below baseline.
Simple calcium plus vitamin D only supplies mineral. Q-Calivra also switches off resorption and switches on formation, as shown in the biomarker data.

Q-Calivra is a clinically validated bone-health complex containing 14 bioactives, formulated with bioidentical calcium hydroxyapatite and PQNS delivery, and evaluated in a 240-patient multicentre study of participants with DXA-confirmed osteoporosis.
Simple calcium plus vitamin D only supplies mineral. Q-Calivra also switches off resorption (CTX ↓38%, PTH ↓25%) and switches on formation (osteocalcin ↑24%, P1NP ↑21%). The formulation brings 5 systems and 14 bioactives together: a calcium hydroxyapatite substrate (750 mg), vitamin D3, anti-resorptive and osteoblastogenic botanicals, and PQNS delivery.
In 240 patients, the composite OSS symptom score fell from 7.21 at baseline to 2.18 at Week 8, a 69.8% drop (P<0.0001, Cohen's d 5.14), and was 2.44 at Week 12, four weeks after treatment, still 66% below baseline. At 8 weeks, pain (VAS) was down 69.1%, function (WOMAC) up 51.5%, quality of life up 44.9%, and 85% of patients were responders with a ≥50% drop. Serum vitamin D (25-OH D3) rose 74.4%, CTX fell 38.2%, osteocalcin rose 23.9% and P1NP rose 20.5%. No adverse events were reported.
A prospective, multicentre, open-label, single-arm study across 18 centres in participants aged 40 to 80 with DXA-confirmed osteoporosis (T ≤ −2.5), dosed twice daily. Scores were measured at Weeks 0, 2, 4, 8 and 12 (key visits shown). Because it was single-arm and open-label, there was no control group.
Only 30–40% of conventional calcium is absorbed: carbonate and citrate need high stomach acid, and the rest is excreted. GI intolerance such as bloating, acidity and constipation also breaks adherence. Q-Calivra pairs calcium hydroxyapatite with PQNS delivery (Ca:P 1.67:1), which is gut-gentle and not acid-dependent.
Facility: NSF/ANSI 455-2 certified GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001/14001/45001. Regulatory: 21 CFR Part 111, Halal Certified. Dissolution: approximately 95–100% release, batch-consistent. IP: QuanticSphere™ PQNS, patent pending 202521095813.
