In a 12-week, open-label, single-arm, multicentric study (N=60, Rotterdam criteria), mean LH:FSH ratio moved from 2.06 at baseline to 1.20 at Week 12, with serum LH down 46.9%, kisspeptin down 28.8% and GABAergic markers down 33.3% (% change from baseline, p<0.001). At Week 12, 95% of participants reported cycle improvement, 90% dysmenorrhea improvement, 70% were acne-free and 80% were hirsutism-free.
